Service Agreement

1. Nature of Service

We provide telecom recharge and utility bill payment services including:

• Mobile prepaid recharge
• Postpaid bill payment
• DTH recharge

We act as a facilitator between users and telecom operators.

2. Transaction Processing

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Transaction confirmation depends on telecom operator systems.

3. User Responsibility

• Enter correct mobile number and operator
• Verify details before payment
• Transactions once processed cannot be reversed

4. Transaction Status

Transactions may be successful, failed, or pending due to telecom operator or network issues.

5. Refund Policy

• Failed transactions refunded within 3–5 working days
• Successful recharges are non-refundable
• Refund credited to original payment method

6. Limitation of Liability

• Operator downtime
• Delayed confirmations
• Incorrect recharge by user

7. Prohibited Usage

Fraudulent activities, unauthorized payments, or misuse of telecom services are strictly prohibited.

8. Account Suspension

Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be suspended without notice.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update this agreement at any time without prior notice.
